This role forms part of the Integrated Project Delivery Team (IPDT) consisting of the client, the Project Delivery Partner (PDP JV), a Project Advisory Partner, and an insurance/Risk Advisor.
The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for contracts administration activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Collect and compile data essential to contract administration.
* Monitor areas of contract performance as assigned.
* Investigate specific contract problems and provide assistance in claims research.
* Maintain working relationships with project team members.
Key Qualifications
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills.
* BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CONTRACT TYPES TERMS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
* BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF LAW NEGOTIATIONS ACCOUNTING OR COST ENGINEERING GAINED THROUGH EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE.
