Project Coordinator Opportunity
This role provides a chance to work with a respected government department as part of a skilled project team.
* Assist project managers and team members with high level administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, recording minutes, preparing documents and reports, setting up spreadsheets and registers, and delivering timely information, updates, and presentations as needed.
* Support financial approval documentation, contract administration systems, and procurement-related activities.
* Evaluate and compile project documentation, ensuring it is accurate, tracked, and recorded within set timeframes, following up on deliveries and approvals.
This position utilizes a wide range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high-level support services to project managers and team members in the Natural Disaster Program Team.
