OSHC Mobile Coordinator – Gladstone Region
Lead. Support. Make a difference.
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Mobile Coordinator to join our growing Regional Leadership Team in the beautiful Gladstone region. This full-time, permanent role is your chance to work across nine OSHC services, supporting teams, lifting quality, and leading exciting programs — all while helping shape the future of care in our region.
You’ll work closely with our Regional Manager to:
* Champion quality through SIPs and QIPs
* Step into Responsible Person roles when needed (especially during school holidays)
* Fill staffing gaps with confidence and consistency
* Mentor teams and uplift inclusive practice
* Drive innovation through pilot programs and extended learning opportunities
* Keep services aligned with compliance, policies, and the NQF
About You:
You’re a confident, flexible leader with a Diploma (or higher) in early childhood or OSHC. You’ve run services before and understand what makes a team tick. You love sharing ideas, supporting others, and making programs even better. Most of all, you care about quality, connection, and kids having fun.

Qualifications
Diploma or higher-level qualification (or working towards) relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA.
