Job Description
Our Outside of School Hours Care service, Boyne Island State School Helping Hands,is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join their passionate leadership team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours across split shifts, Monday to Friday, to support our service hours:
* 6:30 - 8:35am (Rise then Shine)
* 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play)
About the Role
* You'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
* You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
* With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Who are we Looking For?

You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Australian work rights. A relevant Diploma level qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
