About the Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: * Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the department to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels * Provide high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements. * Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the ITIL framework.
