We are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Sales Coordinator to join our team based at Taren Point .
The Position
1. Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day-to-day duties.
2. Confirm orders with customers.
3. Order stock from suppliers for customer orders.
4. Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods.
5. Keep track of all open orders by checking stock levels, delivery dates, and payments.
6. Confirm order details with customers and sales representatives, such as delivery address, site contact, products, and quantities.
7. Enter orders into Great Plains.
8. Arrange returns of goods if needed.
9. Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being supplied.
10. Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Follow security procedures.
The Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role or strong retail sales experience.
* Great Plains experience desired but not necessary.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload.
