Based at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, we seek a Service Advisor for its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue our success.
About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Mercedes-Benz policies and standards, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout their service experience.
* Keep customers updated on vehicle servicing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have at every stage.
* Provide expert advice on our products and services, enhancing the customer experience.
* Work closely with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
* Build genuine rapport with customers, prioritising their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Dealership Service Advisor.
* Ideally, familiarity with prestige automotive brands.
* Exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivering a 5-star experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills.
* A valid VIC Driver's Licence.
* A willingness to learn and enhance your skills.
