Exciting State Government opportunity with a dynamic work environment Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Above market pay ratesThe successful candidates will have a proven track record in project administration support, high analytic and organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of work.Duties of the role include the following:Provide support to the project management team and administration tasksOrganise and set up meeting agendasDevelop and maintain documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor project progress and identify any issues that may ariseManage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates to all relevant partiesDevelop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and protocols to facilitate coordinated information flow to and from the division and the preparation of coordinated responses.Contribute to the identification, review and development of new or enhanced procedures that support continual quality improvement and cost efficiency in a range of administrative and governance practices.Conduct research and analysis to support activitiesRequirements:High level skills in oral and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levelsAbility in coordinating teams with demanding or complex workloads, organise work commitments, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines under pressure and to work effectively with limited supervisionEffective interpersonal skills, with proven ability to relate effectively to a diverse customer base, negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of professional competence and an ethical approachAvailability to start immediately Please note: A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check is MANDATORY to be considered for this role.If this particular position isn't right for you however you are interested in short contracts within the State Government please get in touch or register with Randstad to express your interest.
