Support Children, Young People and Parents
As a Specialist Practitioner, you will support children, young people and parents through effective case management and parenting support.
* You will advocate for their rights and well-being across emotional, physical, social, educational, developmental and cultural needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through community engagement, collaboration and the development of positive, empowering relationships with families and service providers.
How You Will Make an Impact:
* Provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate case management to children and young people.
* Deliver strengths-based parenting support focused on fostering healthy parent-child relationships.
* Work collaboratively with schools, local agencies and community stakeholders to identify service gaps and implement child-focused community initiatives.
* Assess the impact of violence on children and young people and support their recovery through tailored, therapeutic interventions.
* Advocate for child and family needs in line with trauma-informed practice principles.
