Blowes Clothing, a proud 3rd-generation, family-owned menswear retailer, has been a staple of regional NSW for nearly a century. We are dedicated to providing top-quality menswear and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
What You'll Do
* Welcome customers with warmth and friendliness, making them feel at home
* Provide expert assistance and advice on our diverse range of menswear
* Collaborate with your team to create a seamless shopping experience
* Keep the store well-stocked, organised, and presentable
* Take initiative to address customer needs and maintain store standards
* Ensure prompt attendance for your shifts
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
* An enthusiastic team player who contributes positively to the work environment
* Punctual, reliable, and proactive in all tasks
* Initiative and a proactive attitude that thrives in a collaborative team environment
* Availability during store hours: Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm, Sat 9-2pm.
* Some retail experience is preferred for this position
