Business Development Manager Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth and foster long-term relationships with clients in Canberra and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and onsite technical support to facilitate informed business decisions regarding warranties, installation practices, adherence to relevant standards, and effective project strategies.
* Collaborate proactively with the sales team to recognize the role as a value-add by both internal staff and external customer pillars.
* Work closely with global technical teams to share technical knowledge, develop globally aligned solutions, and create a seamless global technical organization.
* Contribute to the online Customer Service Portal system, including technical white papers, supporting documentation, and training materials.
* Coordinate and conduct practical installer training sessions.
* Maintain and update records, testing parameters, and other necessary information to support the sales organization.
Requirements:
1. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role or structured cabling industries.
2. Strong understanding of the Structured Cabling marketplace in ANZ and deep technical knowledge of copper and fibre Structured Cabling Solutions.
3. Background in Structured Cabling Installation practices and relevant industry standards.
4. Strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently.
