Job Title: Community Support Worker

* Medication administration and support.
* Facilitating social access and participation, including accompanying clients to appointments and helping them engage in leisure activities.
* Supporting the unique needs of each client by adhering to their tailored care plans and contributing to their defined goals.
* Maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication with families and colleagues.
This is a casual role based around the Great Southern region. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends between 6:00am-10:00pm is required.
