Job Opportunity: Visiting Medical Officer in General Practice
We are seeking dedicated medical professionals to join our team as Visiting Medical Officers and provide primary care general practice services at Singleton District Hospital. The successful applicants will be granted admitting privileges in General Practice.
* Admitting, consultative, diagnostic, procedural, outpatient, telehealth and on-call services
* Attendance and availability during rostered work hours and whilst on-call
The ideal candidate will have recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice, strong communication and collaboration skills, a medical degree registrable with AHPRA, and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners / Australian College of Rural Remote Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality patient care through admitting, consultative, diagnostic, procedural, outpatient, telehealth and on-call services
2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
* Recent and comprehensive experience in General Practice
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Medical degree registrable with AHPRA
* Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners / Australian College of Rural Remote Medicine
