Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our team of paid staff and volunteers in Ipswich. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving outstanding results and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales growth and maximise income from gift aid and promotional activities
* Develop strategies to drive donations from the local area and foster a culture of generosity within the community
* Ensure seamless store operations, maintaining high standards of presentation, organisation, and customer satisfaction
* Promote the work of YMCA within the local community through effective marketing and outreach initiatives
This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional organisational skills, creative flair, and drive, coupled with commercial awareness and the ability to motivate and develop their team.
You will have the autonomy to manage your store effectively, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit to create a stimulating and challenging environment that aligns with your passions.
As a Store Manager, you will receive support and guidance from your Area Manager, Regional Manager, other Store Managers, and the wider Retail team at Head Office.
Our Charity Shops are unique, offering a wide range of donated products, and we pride ourselves on selling over 95% of our stock without new goods.
