The Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team in Sydney. This role offers a dynamic mix of office-based work, client visits, and flexibility to work from home.
Your focus will be on driving growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and manage tenders for strategic accounts
* Create tailored proposals for prospective clients
* Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline
* Manage key accounts post-onboarding
* Oversee new and existing tenders
* Provide regular reporting to State and Head Office
* Collaborate with Operations and Accounts teams for seamless service delivery

About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar BDM role within Waste Management - solid waste collections, liquid & technical services, or HAZCHEM
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
