Customer Service Coordinator Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers to deliver major projects. We offer end-to-end solutions across five key areas: Equipment Hire, Engineering Solutions, Industrial Solutions, Power & HVAC, and Training.
* You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs in person, by phone, and via email.
* Generate hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing.
* Occasionally, you may need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
* A desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Capability to learn and absorb technical information.
