We are seeking a customer focused Customer Service Technician (Driver/Installer)for a fulltime role in our Logistics division.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent service to our customers, whilst delivering, installing and collecting medical equipment. Acting as a liaison between our customers and our Account Managers and the Management team you will ensure that any concerns or issues are resolved in a timely manner. Full training will be provided.
The role is based in Wagga Wagga NSW, and is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm) and services the Riverina district.
About You
You will work well in a team environment, have a strong customer service ethic, have pride in your work and are able to communicate with people at all levels. You will need to be self motivated, physically fit and be capable of lifting and moving medical devices/equipment weighing 15kg to 20kg constantly.
This is an important and busy role, so our successful candidate will appreciate a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Above all, we are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer service that our team and customers will see and feel.
You will require a current Class C Drivers Licence, with an acceptable driving record, and be willing to undertake a National Police Check.
