Bus Stop Sales is currently seeking a highly organised and trade qualified individual to join our team as Workshop Manager
About the Role:
This is a brand new role and is responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshop, costing and invoicing of repair orders and co-ordination of vehicle movements. Other tasks may include:
* Hands on management
* Ensuring and maintaining a safe and happy workplace
* Allocating work with the system / assigning technicians to jobs
* Organise, plan and control work orders
* Support an even flow of work through the workshop / support technicians through tasks for joint success
* Monitoring the quality of all work performed in the workshop
To be successful in this role you should have the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Good Mechanical knowledge would be highly regarded.
* Well- developed written and verbal communication skills
* Medium to high level of computer literacy
* Effective at problem solving and troubleshooting, with a can-do willing attitude
* Ability to work in a demanding environment
* Good time management and excellent customer service skills required
