The opportunity
If you want to join a team who are continually driving toward the future, an exciting opportunity now exists foraSupport Consultant to join ourRegistration Solutions team.
The Registration Solutions Team is integral to the Financial Management Office. Registration Solutions is a specialised, standalone division of Pentana Solutions, dealing primarily with the vehicle registration process in dealerships for new and used vehicles.
The Support Consultant serves as the primary business contact for the Registration Solutions clients and is responsible for client satisfaction.
This is a fantastic entry level position to kick start your administration career. This role, requires you to work from the office five days a week.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Log all help desk interactions, ensuring all assigned calls are resolved, or escalated in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer services to all clients (internal and external)
Connect to the Queensland Transport & Main Roads (TMR) systems and edit / update / remove database entries as and when necessary
Provide reliable and accurate knowledge, expertise and practical application when interacting with all stakeholders regarding vehicle registrations
Assist team members with troubleshooting support requests
From time to time, as required, perform installations and conduct training
Qualifications
Clear Criminal Record (National Police Criminal Check required)
Experience & Knowledge
Excellent professional communication, both written and verbal
High proficiency in the MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel and MS Word
A background in the automotive industry is desirable
Knowledge of the vehicle registration process is desirable.
