About the role
Join the team of THE TYREPROFESSIONALS' as a full-time Sales Assistant based in our Sunshine North, VIC 3020 retail store. This role is essential to providing exceptional customer service and achieving our sales targets. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their tyre and automotive needs, while contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Identifying customer needs and recommending the appropriate products and services
3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Maintaining a clean and organised retail environment
5. Restocking and merchandising products as needed
6. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns
7. Supporting the overall operations of the retail store
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
5. A positive, friendly and helpful attitude
6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
