This is a pivotal role within our Operations Team embedding C4 product suite with the customer.
You will join a leading international IT solution company that genuinely cares and values its people.
The position is full-time – Brisbane-based.
We are seeking Field Support Engineers to join our Brisbane team. Reporting to our Project Manager, you will be responsible for technical support, training, and providing advice to the customer on our C4 products.
Your key Responsibilities
1. Installing, configuring, and supporting SitaWare in the customer's C4I environments for testing, training, exercise, and operations.
2. Setting up and testing integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.
3. Conducting technical training of administrators and end users in classroom and workshop environments.
4. Collecting feedback from customers and feeding the learning loop internally and externally.
5. Keeping up to date with Systematic products to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps.
6. Participating in testing of beta releases and software improvement activities.
7. Helping ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
The skills and experience we are looking for
* Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar, or comparable military technical career.
* Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms (Windows, Linux, Android, Active Directory, databases, XMPP).
* Knowledge of Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder trust-building ability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
