The Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to drive new business growth across Victoria's manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, logistics, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for promoting packaging and labelling solutions to both new and existing customers.
If you enjoy consultative selling, being on the road, understanding production and supply chain requirements, and working closely with customers to deliver tailored packaging outcomes, this role will provide strong autonomy, variety, and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across FMCG, manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, and industrial sectors.
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring strong retention and account expansion.
* Conduct site visits to understand customer operations, packaging requirements, and production constraints.
* Present and promote packaging, labelling, and consumable solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and supply agreements, and manage negotiations through to close.
* Collaborate with production, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
* Drive sales activity in line with the company's strategic growth plan across Victoria.

What You'll Bring
* Proven success in business development or account management, ideally within packaging, labels, printing, FMCG supply, industrial consumables, or manufacturing-related industries.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage from production managers through to senior decision-makers.
* A commercially minded, consultative approach focused on long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales.
* High levels of self-motivation, organisation, and comfort working autonomously across a territory.
* A solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and customer outcomes.
Experience selling packaging, labelling, or consumable solutions in Victoria will be highly regarded.

Base $90k–$120k | Super | Car | Commissions
