About The Role
Support store operations, retail standards and customer experienceLead inventory management including replenishment, stock integrity, backfill, inbounds/outbounds and night fillAnalyse sales, trends and promotions to drive performance and VM outcomesSupport rostering, safety leadership and team developmentLiaise with internal stakeholders including category and visual teams
What you’ll bring
Retail leadership experience (big‑box retail ideal)Strong inventory or operational capability (highly desirable)Confident communication and stakeholder management skillsA customer‑first mindset and commitment to safetyAutomotive or mechanical knowledge is a bonus – not essential
