Job Description
1. Processing high-volume, end to end Payroll across the group (Australia & NZ)
2. Processing new hires and terminations, including calculating final payments and issuing separation certificates
3. Assist with end of month reporting
4. Manage and action emails in the Payroll inbox, some of which may require research and investigation.
5. Provide timesheet system support and training to all employees as required
6. Maintain employee personnel files and distribute various lists used by other parts of the business
7. Assist with Portable Long Service Leave and Redundancy scheme Lodgements Company wide
8. Other ad hoc tasks
The Successful Applicant
We are seeking experienced payroll candidates who have excellent communication skills. Those who have worked in a high volume environment will be looked upon favourably. The role will suit those who are great with systems and can pick up processes quickly.
