Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at our store is a memorable one.

2. Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.

3. Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.

4. Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

* Annual Fixed Remuneration: $64,915.20 per year

* Penalty Rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
