Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Client and Customer Service role based in Cremorne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing exceptional client and customer service support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting financial processes related to salary packaging and novated leasing programs, maintaining accurate documentation, and fostering strong client relationships.
QualificationsClient Services and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Respond to customer calls and email enquiries within agreed time framesStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address client and customer needs.Experience in Finance, particularly related to salary packaging or novated leasing, is advantageous.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote responsibilities effectively.Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred.
