Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for undertaking occupational therapy assessments to help individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work. You will work with clients to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, using occupation to improve functional performance and work capacity.
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' abilities and needs
* Develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's unique requirements
You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. A strong understanding of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes is essential.
