Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries regarding support and services associated with our client's public service
Navigating operating procedures and knowledge articles to provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our client's public service
Summarising customer interactions in writing in our operating systems
Qualifications
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Empathy, resilience and a genuine desire to help others
Willingness to learn how to navigate multiple screens and information systems
Comfort working within structured procedures and guidelines
Eligibility
Australian citizen
Ability to complete pre-employment checks, including security and police clearance
Evidence of a safe, private workspace at home (photo required)
Complete a short skills assessment and attend an information session about working in a virtual contact centre
