About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Class 2 residential construction project. This is a site-based leadership role overseeing the full project lifecycle, with end-to-end responsibility for program, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. You will play a critical role in driving on-site performance, coordinating consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a Class 2 residential construction projects from commencement through to completion
* Develop, manage, and update construction programs, including forecasting and progress reporting
* Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and authority requirements
* Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and coordination in line with program and budget
* Manage WHS, quality, and environmental standards across site
* Liaise with consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders
* Prepare and present regular project reports covering cost, program, and risk
* Lead, mentor, and manage site teams to drive performance and accountability
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager working on Residential Calss 2 projects
* Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use construction projects
* Strong knowledge of Class 2 building requirements, construction sequencing, and compliance
* Demonstrated leadership in managing site teams and subcontractors
* Strong programming, reporting, and cost control skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
