As the business continues to scale, they are now seeking an experienced E-commerce & CRM Manager who can elevate their digital experience and support the next phase of expansion.

The Role
This position is ideal for someone who is confident across both e-commerce operations and CRM/EDM management. You will be responsible for the digital customer journey end-to-end, ensuring that the website, content, and communications drive both sales and a seamless shopping experience.
The role requires someone experienced rather than junior, who can confidently own their area and proactively bring ideas to the table. Because this is the first time the business is hiring for this combined role, the company is open to shaping the position around the right person.
Key Responsibilities
1) Website Management
* Build and update products on the website
* Ensure all product photos, descriptions, and specifications are accurate and current
* Improve the onsite user experience and customer journey
* Analyse onsite behaviour using Google Analytics and other tools, and present insights to the team
* Create and optimise landing pages for digital ads
* Maintain merchandising pages to support launches and promotions
* Manage Rebuy (upsell/cross-sell tool) to increase conversion and AOV
2) CRM & EDM
* Create and manage segmented EDM campaigns
* Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandon cart etc.)
* Prepare and send weekly newsletters
* Manage SMS marketing campaigns
* Maintain a clean, growing, and well-segmented email list
* Ensure all customer communications align with brand tone, experience, and product focus
3) Collaboration
* Work closely with the team across marketing, inventory, and product
* Share insights from analytics to support business decisions
* Bring proactive ideas for improving customer experience and digital performance
* Support broader brand initiatives when required
About You
You are proactive, detail-driven, creative, and confident working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. You understand how customers shop online, how to optimise their journey, and how to use data to guide decisions. You enjoy owning your space, improving processes, and lifting the digital experience end-to-end.
Essential
* Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM, or online customer experience
* Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, product builds, and onsite user experience
* Hands-on experience managing EDMs, automated flows, newsletters, and SMS marketing
* Ability to interpret analytics (Google Analytics, onsite behaviour, campaign data) and provide insights
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where priorities evolve quickly
Desirable
* Experience with CRM platforms
* Experience with merchandising pages, landing page optimisation, and conversion rate improvements
* Exposure to paid ads data (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and performance insights
* Background in furniture or homewares is a bonus, but strong eCommerce experience is more valuable
* Experience managing content, creative assets, or social channels
