About the Role
As a casual home care worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting patients in their homes and beyond. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, who share a deep‐stated commitment to elderly care. Primarily located in and around Mornington, offering a sense of community and familiarity. About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disability Services, or equivalent.
* Possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience.
* Have a current National Police Check.
* Hold a valid driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle with third‐party insurance.
* Maintain a valid CPR and First Aid certificate obtained within the last six months.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting elderly individuals in living independently at home, with a keen interest in understanding their medical needs.
