As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To be successful in the role
* Management / Leadership experience.
* A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
* A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
* Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
* Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
