THE ROLE
Work with adult, working-age clients in a workplace-focused rehabilitation model. This role supports individuals recovering from work-related physical injuries and psychosocial or mental-health challenges linked to employment.
This is not a paediatric or general mental-health clinic role. Mental-health support is delivered within an occupational rehab and case-management framework.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Deliver occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work (RTW) services
* Manage complex psychosocial and workplace-related cases
* Conduct functional capacity and workplace assessments
* Develop RTW plans aligned with employer, insurer, and worker goals
* Support clients experiencing workplace stress, conflict, or adjustment issues
* Collaborate with employers, insurers, and allied health professionals
IDEAL BACKGROUND
* Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered or eligible)
* Experience or interest in occupational rehab / workplace rehabilitation
* Confidence managing psychosocial or mental-health factors impacting work
* Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
* Adult caseload focus
