About the Role
We are seeking a Wool Broker / Wool Buyer to manage operations at our Bordertown facility. This is a hands‑on role where your wool knowledge and people skills will drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day wool store operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Manage and mentor a small team to achieve productivity and safety targets.
* Liaise with wool growers and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
* Coordinate logistics, including transport and inventory management.
About You
* Wool industry experience and a current Wool Classer’s stencil.
* A natural ability to build rapport with wool growers and industry partners.
* A valid MR Truck Driver’s Licence.
* Prior leadership and team management skills or a willingness to step‑up to a leadership role.
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
