Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Area Managers to identify opportunities for growth and development within the store and team.
Requirements:
* At least 1+ years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment.
* A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring teams.
* Strategic thinking skills to identify missed opportunities and drive sales growth.
* Operational excellence in stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering.
