About the Role
* Answering and directing incoming calls with a professional and friendly phone manner
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a polished front-of-house experience
* Processing and data entering incoming leads and competition entries into internal systems
* Maintaining accurate records across Excel and internal client management systems
* Preparing reports for managers, tracking lead results, and compiling daily feedback updates
* Managing mail, scanning, filing, document control, and general office organisation
* Supporting team members with ad hoc administration tasks and preparing materials for events
