The Opportunity
An established global medical device organization is continuing its expansion in Australia and is seeking an
Interventional Cardiology Sales Manager
to support the growth of its cardiovascular portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys building territories, working closely with clinicians, and growing a business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales and market development across a defined territory (Sydney or Melbourne).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, and key hospital stakeholders.
* Provide product support, case coverage, and clinical discussions in cath lab environments.
* Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Work closely with clinical specialists and internal teams to support launches and ongoing growth.
* Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, events, and educational sessions.
Required Experience
* 3-5+ years' experience
in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiology, or Vascular medical devices.
* Strong understanding of cath lab procedures and workflows.
* Proven experience in a sales or commercial-facing role within cardiology.
* TAVI / structural heart exposure
highly advantageous.
* Comfortable working as an
individual contributor
in a small, growing team.
