The Role
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team. You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, achieving operational excellence, and playing an integral part in the store's success.

The role & responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
* Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Opening and closing stores including late night trades
* Support management in leading the team
* Process large volumes of stock
* Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
* Assist in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required
* Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
To be successful in this role, you will bring
* Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
* Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
* A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
* The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
* Self‐motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
* Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
