**The team**
The founding team has experience in software engineering, product management, creative, and leadership across a number of international technology companies including Freelancer, Canva, Afterpay and Uber. With the learning opportunities available, we have created the environment for our team to become the next generation of founders and leaders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across various paid channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns, tracking and reporting performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in performance marketing
- Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve ROI and reach performance targets
**About you**:
- 3+ years of SEM and paid media experience, with a demonstrable record of achieving performance targets
- Strong technical skills in marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and other related tools
- Expertise in paid digital channels
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- You move fast. You constantly find areas of improvement. You leverage tools/technology to accomplish a lot with a small team.
- Bonus points for startup or healthcare experience.
