**Your new role**
The Bid Writer + Proposals Manager will support the Pre-contracts team by preparing bid response documentation and coordinating the professional presentation of proposals. This includes preparing and writing capability statements, expressions of interest (EOI) and preparing response to tender specific non-price criteria. You will be responsible for prequalification submissions, licenses, award submissions and general marketing activities, including website and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce compelling proposals
- Complete tailored written bid responses ensuring key themes are clearly and concisely communicated.
- Active, constructive participation during bid team meetings and continued communication with estimating team throughout tender process.
- Develop and maintain bid and proposal response libraries
- Complete marketing activities that promote the business and our team
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3-5 experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
- Solution focused with strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to align marketing activities and proposals with the objectives of the Business Plan
- Understanding key client drivers and formulating a proposal that is concise and supported by evidence
- Strong interpersonal skills relative to teamwork and relationship building
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral and excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel) and InDesign or similar graphic design skills
