Physiotherapist – What's involved in the role?
This is a permanent Full‐time role and looks after clients living in the Illawarra/South Coast Region. You have the option to work from our Horsley or Nowra office location.
As a Physiotherapist (Full‐time) you'll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi‐disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community.
* This is a fulfilling role where you'll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload.
* The role will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in‐home rehabilitation or clinic‐based).
* Delivering person‐centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and AHPRA.
What do you need to apply?
* A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings, or both.
* You're a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
* Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.
* Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
