As Senior Contract Manager, you'll oversee icare's most critical Strategic contracts, driving supplier value, performance, innovation and compliance to enable organisational outcomes.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Senior Contracts Manager you will:
* Lead end-to-end management of strategic contracts, ensuring alignment with icare's strategic objectives.
* Partner with suppliers to ensure contracts deliver value, quality, innovation and compliance.
* Monitor supplier performance, addressing risks and opportunities to maximise outcomes.
* Ensure all contract management practices comply with NSW Government and icare policies and frameworks.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that support affordability, sustainability and community expectations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support commercial, operational and strategic objectives.
* Provide reporting and insights on contract performance, risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in contract management processes and systems.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing complex, strategic contracts with high‑value suppliers.
* Strong understanding of contract management, governance and compliance frameworks.
* Demonstrated ability to drive supplier performance and value outcomes.
* Experience building and maintaining commercial and strategic supplier relationships.
* Knowledge of NSW Government procurement and contract requirements.
* Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in contract management.
