The Data Unit is an interdisciplinary team tasked with improving how the public sector uses evidence to make better decisions and policy. We work with a broad range of agencies and tackle the State's most complex social, health, environmental and economic issues. Key Responsibilities
* Support the design, planning and implementation of our data infrastructure.
* Apply cloud best practice to ensure our infrastructure is secure and cost effective.
* Collaborate on cloud platform development and security to build resilient systems.
Superstar technical experience is not necessary. What is necessary is an understanding of how technology can deliver better outcomes. We are looking for agile and keen learners and we will support you as you upskill.

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the Western Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia at the time of applying.

Required Documentation
