Job Title: Organizational Change Management Professional
Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Organizational Change Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, development, and execution of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes.
* Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions, and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for implementation.
* Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
* Support the creation of actionable deliverables, including communication plans, change impact assessments, persona/journey maps, and risk management plans within your respective region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate possesses:
* Bachelor's in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
* Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with preferred certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
* 3 years of experience working on global transformation initiatives.
* Proven experience working on change management efforts in large-scale SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
* Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.
