About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Family Lawyer who values high-quality legal work and a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle. Based in Darwin, you will be part of a friendly and collaborative team of four experienced lawyers and dedicated support staff.
You will handle a wide variety of engaging family law matters such as:
* Parenting and custody disputes
* Complex property settlements, including high-asset portfolios
* Divorce, financial agreements, and de facto relationship issues
* Relocation and recovery orders

Key Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years PAE in family law (private practice)
* Strong experience with complex parenting and property files
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
* Confident in managing files autonomously
