Job Title: Regional Workforce Operations and Partnerships Manager
Job Description:
The Regional Workforce Operations and Partnerships team provides high-level advice and support to client agencies on workforce matters through a client-focused enterprise model. The team's primary objective is to assist NTPS agencies with the management of their workforce services and human resources requirements.
Key areas of support include workforce management, performance portfolios, general human resources, human resources service centers, human resources promotion and training, and direct client engagement.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven experience in workforce management and human resources
* Knowledge of human resources case management
