Key responsibilities include site supervision, inspecting work for compliance with safety regulations, guiding and assisting team members, and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Key Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision
* Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Knowledge of Construction Safety
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Experience in the construction or roofing industry is an asset
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or a related field
