We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join the setup, help build a strong new team, and drive success from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new store and shape the culture, standards, and customer experience right from launch.
✅ The Role:
* Involvement in store setup and launch.
* Involvement in recruitment, training, and management of a brand-new team.
* Oversee daily operations including rostering, inventory management, stock ordering, and merchandising.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with all liquor licensing requirements.
* Drive sales, manage cash handling, and ensure operational efficiency.
* Approx. 40 hours per week including nights, weekends & public holidays.
🔑 Requirements:
* Previous store management or assistant management experience (liquor or retail preferred), or strong liquor experience.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Proven ability to manage stock, budgets, and operational systems.
* RSA Certificate.
* Must be 18+ with a current Police Check.
* Hands-on, reliable, and ready to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
