Job Opportunity: Employment Consultant
This role involves working with individuals with disabilities to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support and motivate participants on their journey to employment while developing strong relationships with employers and support organizations.
The key focus of this position is to utilise a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment. This includes:
* Tailoring services to meet the individual needs of participants
* Developing partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities
* Enhancing employability through referrals to support services and training
* Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
