**About the Role**
The purpose of the Onsite Valet is to ensure the Canon fleet of devices are operational, with consumable items available, provide assistance with Canon related tasks allowing customers to focus on their core business. The position requires operating from multiple locations within Sydney as per weekly schedule.
**Main Duties**
- Provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction to the customer's users
- Maintain toner stock levels and replace toner cartridges as required
- Replenish paper in the Canon devices
- Escalation of any issues with Canon devices
- Assist with reporting of inspection visits and status of devices
- Coordinate the collection of toner recycling with Close the Loop
- Provide services across nominated customer locations in accordance with the valet schedule.
- Clean and maintain each device to prevent reduction of image quality
- Increase fleet availability & Maximise fleet uptime
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist with asset management, including maintaining customer floor plans (where available)
- Ensure devices remain connected to the network for collection of Meter Readings
**About You**
Ideally you have excellent customer service experience, perhaps gained in the service industry or retail environments and you are looking to start your corporate career, or perhaps you've worked in similar roles before and you're looking to join a great team More importantly you enjoy working out solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner and you are a team player who enjoys working with friendly, like minded colleagues.
