We are looking for an experienced cellar person at the Kingscliff beach Hotel
Who we are:
The Kingscliff Beach Hotel is an institute on the Northern Rivers, right opposite the beach and conveniently located just South of the Gold coast and just North of Byron Bay.
We are a busy pub with a beautiful beer garden, separate wedding venue, bottle shop and a big live entertainment program.
What we are looking for:
Be our behind the scenes legend. As our cellar person you are responsible for the following duties, to makes sure our day to day operations go as smooth as possible:
* Oversee all cellar operations, equipment maintenance and repairs.
* Weekly ordering and stocktakes for the whole venue.
* Coordinate and receive all stock deliveries.
* General upkeep of the venue with a focus on the BOH areas.
* Liasing with the management team on upcoming events.
Who you are:
* A hands- on self starter who gets things done.
* Both a team player as well as someone who is happy to complete tasks on their own.
* A willingness to learn and improve each day
* Full Australian work rights
* Current NSW RSA or willingness to obtain.
